We follow a transparent refund process for eligible orders as per the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund can be requested if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong product
- Product is missing items
- Order is cancelled before dispatch
- Product is not as described
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refund will NOT be applicable for:
- Opened food and FMCG consumables (once used)
- Perishable items (milk, dairy, fresh food)
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Sale/clearance marked “Non-returnable” items
4. Refund Process

- Product verification (photo/video proof may be required)
- Pickup arranged (if applicable)
- Quality check at warehouse
- Refund approval/rejection confirmation
